Yep, I live in Vacaville and worked in Vallejo for 15 years so I too know where of you speak. Roll'n with the flow through there at 80 mph is an everyday thing. Just watch your mirrors, the sky, and whatever else you may have in your vehicle.

The CHP likes to position a motorcycle officer off the interstate and off their bike, usually at an emergency highway phone, with the officer shooting pictures while standing at the phone, on EB 80 right at the American Canyon ramp, right at that phone there, snapping drivers coming off the Hunter Hill dip.

Same number of rolling units and citations without the Eye in the Sky....for those low cloud days we get in the summer. Gotta keep the troops in the field and the revenue flowing.
