The Nuclear Option has zero relationship to this situation. Do you even know what the terms of the Nuclear Option were?

No offense intended, but I don't think you understand the differences.

The "Nuclear Option" and this are apples and oranges. Judges do not constitutionally have to be super majority approved. Vetos have to be overrulled by a 60% majority via the constitution.
