Apple Still Not Green Enough, According to Greenpeace Wackjobs
Gizmodo ^ | 05/04/2007 | Brian Lam

Greenpeace reponds to El Jobso's letter declaring Apple a greener company. All that sweet talk just ain't enough for the tree humpers. (Not even the promise of LED backlit LCDs? Ok, fine.) According to their scale, the new measures will bring Apple to a 5.0 on their 10 point scale (that's up from the 2.7 they were ranked at before.) What they're asking for is:

Apple which is not just green skin-deep, but green to the core

Poetic, isn't it? We're no experts on what's green and what puts the toxic nipple clamp on Mother Earth's sweet teat. But the entire statement is after the jump if you wish to investigate the words straight from the hippie's mouth:

There’s no pleasing them because, they aren’t green, they are red (as you indicated with your watermelon comment). I wish more people would see Greenpeace for what they truly are, eco-Terrorists.

And yes, they ARE. I’ve had first hand experience with them, and I’ve seen the damage they have caused to human beings. I met one man who had his arm cut off by a chain saw, after these “bleep” drove spikes into trees, and the chain saw bounced back and cut him shreds.

Greenpeace are terrorists and Apple ought to go on about their business and ignore them.

Greenpeace and the “Greenies” are nothing but a bunch of Commies who want to destroy CAPITALISM.

There’s nothing GREEN about them.
