"[INSERT CRISIS HERE] is the greatest challenge we face," has been repeated by him endless times since he left office, with the "crisis" changing depending on who his audience is at any given time.

He exposed himself as a complete fraud by including "obesity" and "famine" as crises-du-jour in the same speech, probably because he was speaking to a bunch of prospective bureaucratic mediocrities at the Kennedy school of government -- where their concerns would cover a wide range of different topics instead of just one.
