President Bush Addresses the 2007 Milblog Conference
The 2007 Milblog Conference started off with a bang this morning with a very positive message from President Bush to the milbloggers.
The president noted the important work of the milbloggers in this War on Terror.
Here is that message from President Bush:

Investigative report: Iraqi PM tied to Iranian Revolutionary Guards, Mahdi Army

No shit. Wouldn’t surprise me. I kinda figured that out when he wouldn’t allow troops in Sadr City, then waffled only when Sadr took his trip, then wouldn’t let us wall them in. Nice how so huge a guy can wander in and out of the country without notice. Ahhh... delicate democracy my friends.
Then again, it could be propaganda... but the fact he’s still alive (as well as Mookie being still alive), tells me a lot. Maybe the two factions are fighting Al Q together because they aren’t under Mookie’s thumb at this moment. Why isn’t Maliki getting the GOOD news out via all the Iraqi press and bloggers (come on, they have more honest ones than we do... and that’s under duress).
I’ll get back to you.
What does this have to do with the Milblog conference?
Anyway:

Post 14 in the attached link has the Arabic document. It is fake because it only carries our Christian Calender Date ( 1/2007) and does not carry the islamic calender date. No Arabic official document in any Arabic country (except in Lebanon) has only the Christian calender date but it also carries the islamic calender date and in some cases it only carries the islamic calender date. I read ober 2000 Saddam regime documents not a single one does not have both calender dates. I doubt very much that the new Iraqi government will not follow the same traditions followed by the other Arab and muslim countries.
