I send my prayers for Ladyinred. I lost two family members to lung cancer who also only had it detected very late, but for me, the flip side of that is that they lived as they always did towards the end. One of them even ran over 5 miles a day, then he was gone in a few weeks. It may sound backwards, but I’ve always wondered if it wasn’t better they didn’t know til the end, that way they did what they always did instead of spending months on drugs only to then pass on.

My prayers are up, and I hope nothing I wrote came across the wrong way, because I do absolutely feel your family’s pain and you have my very strong prayers that Ladyinred bounces back...May God bless her!

It doesn't sound backwards.
I've always wondered what good was accomplished in months,
or years,
of 'therapy' and apprehension.
Prayers may be at least as good a therapy.
We should consider them before the crisis becomes known.
