The Trans-Texas Corridor isn't directly related to a hypothetical "North American Union" thing.

And what about a Mexican consulate? Other countries have consulates in various cities, so why shouldn't Mexico? (not entirely rhetorical).

Enlarged United States of America .

I agree. Here in Washington, there is NO talk of a North American Union or any plan to implement one whatsoever.

So this is what right wing moonbatism looks like.

Clicking on one of their prominent links gives:

San Diegans for 9/11 Truth (guests of Amnesty International SDSU Student Group) are conducting a Citizens Grand Jury investigation into the events and crimes of September 11, 2001.

The whole thing seems to be run by a charming individual:

KC SmartPort

The above is the website for the port, where the guy on the program was getting most of his information. All of this has been planned since the seventies for the Kansas City Area that I know of. It was never a secret or a conspiracy.

"It was never a secret or a conspiracy."

Therefore, it passes the Rotary test, right?

It is interesting that there is Arabic, Spanish, English, Hebrew and who knows what other language. How many Jews in America regularly converse in Hebrew?? I don’t like this.

It is vitally important that we oppose free trade and related capitalism in all its forms - like this facility aimed at supporting more trade.

Not.

Yes, it's vitally important that we support free trade, though somewhere down the line we must re-assess the goals and methods of free trade to insure that profits do not come in exchange for the demise of the system that promotes and protects it.

Maybe it's time to create a new standard for the great enterprise it will represent. Certainly the old 'Stars and Stripes' is outmoded and will have to give way to a new symbol that would more accurately depict the changing relationship between the states and the federal government.

I propose the following, especially since the dollar sign has its origin with the Spanish peso and a Spanish corporation will build, manage, and oversee the NWO NAU Super corridor. Yes, very fitting in that it also depicts how the fifty states will forego its sovereignty and consolidate its loyalties in favor of a NAU:

Good points all. I disagree with you about this particular facility and the “threat” of a NA union but your principles are right and debate about the rest is good.
