Congress controls the funds and they’re the only ones who can declare war. We know where Pelosi and Reid are on this. The decision not to widen the war when America was behind it will go down in history as a watershed moment. The sad thing is that Iran has probably been funding the IEDs that have been shredding our troops by the tens of thousands. We might have been able to actually reduce the casualty rate in this war by laying waste to Iran then.
You’re right, I agree. My point, I think Iran will overplay their position & the Bush administration will go out with a bang. We didn’t have a DoW when we tried to take out Gadaffi.
