Americans living in Israel are not foreigners.

Last I looked, U.S. residence was required to legally vote.
I also believe there is a ban on contributions from foreign nationals, according to FEC rules.

Like I said--I'm against foreign meddling, no matter the foreigner.

U.S. voter interest surges in Israel

"October 1, 2004

JERUSALEM - For Republicans and Democrats vying for Jewish votes, it's become a well-worn clich‚: a handful of votes in Florida could swing this year's presidential election.

What's not so well known is that those Florida votes might not even be in Florida.

Six thousand ex-Floridians living in Israel and the territories are eligible to vote in U.S. elections in November - over 10 times the number that decided the 2000 election for George W. Bush."
