And for good reason. As soon as Turkey joins the EU, there will be mass exodus from Turkey and the rest of the EU will be flooded with Turks (ie muslims). There is already enough of a Muslim headache to deal with .

The irony: Bush wants Turkey in the EU. There, I'll say it: There are things about which the French are right and the Bush administration is wrong ;).
