For the same reason he gives Pelosi and Reid the time of day, and those two aren't flying close air support in Afghanistan, either.

FAA putatively refused Pelosi and the HillaBeast permission to use their ancestral aircraft in US airspace. Something about no safety belts on their brooms. ;-)
