He's creating a very lucrative business for himself and his cohorts at Lehman Brothers by scaring the hell out of the non-skeptical sheep.

I agree with you on the shyster part, except that I actually saw him speak and he has the true whackjob glint in his eye. That, combined with his natural pomposity, is truly something to behold.
