The liberal Atlantic magazine in the April 2007 issue has an article entitled "The Story of a Snitch" about this problem and how it played out recently in East Baltimore.
"Seven times" is the figure for violent crimes, which was chosen because we are talking about serial killers. But the "six times" figure is the incarceration rate for all crime.
The figures are based on incarceration rates and, as you point out, can only be a loose indicator of the actual crime rate.
As a criminal commits more crimes he becomes more skilled at evading capture. I once saw a statistic that in some places a career burglar may commit an average of 100 burglaries before he actually does time.
However, regarding race, white criminals may have higher IQ than blacks and that could make them more elusive.
You cannot compare White and Black people to Hispanic people because Hispanic is not and does not denote a race or a look, or a color of skin! Hispanic actually means Spanish in it’s truest meaning and Spanish people (exclusive for usage by Spaniards alone), are predominantly White people - some 99.99 percent of Spaniards are White! Hispanic Americans, that is, those that descend from Spain and virtually unmixed to any large degree are White. Other Whites have settled Latin America as well. Blacks in Latin America that speak Spanish are in a sense, Hispanic. The large numbers of Brown Hispanics which are erroneously considered the actual true Hispanics are themselves a mixture of Black and White. The indigenous population are ancient mixtures of Black and White as well. Result: Hispanics are not a race and again, CANNOT be compared to Blacks and Whites simply because Hispanics are Black, or White, or Mixed!
As for the serial killer scenario, I’d say right off hand, most are White because most Americans are White. Most are male because men naturally have more of an aggressive mode. Whites also tend to move around a lot, especially since the 60s and 70s. More White people living in neighborhoods nowadays have no roots there and barely, if at all know their neighbors. The parents and child or children live in California while the aunts and uncles live in New York, and the grandparents live in Florida, and the whole extended family live hundreds if not thousands of miles away from each other. This creates very isolated families. Add to that increasingly unstable parents who are too busy working and too tired to nurture. Kids are left alone to their own devices. Add to this, some whacked out families that abuse their kids in all the ways possible and the neighbors don’t care or don’t wanna get involved because it’s “none of their business.” Cruel, tyrannical parents that have no business having kids at all! These kids feel alone like they have no one to talk too, confide in or work out their frustrations and anxieties. Also, either total apathy towards God and the Bible, or instilling a warped sense of God into the kids also seems to be a recurring theme in the White serial killer’s childhood! These and many many more ingredients within these White families create the batter from which serial killers are formed.
In the Black community, the majority are born, live, and die in their home town and most of them know each other either directly or indirectly. Parents, children, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, etc., etc., etc., all live in the same “hood” if not the same street! They constantly are getting together and sharing comradery and life stories at barbeques and other functions. True, there’s a whole subculture of drugs, violence, infedelity, and such that plagues the Black community far worse by ratio and concentration than the White community, but, the closeness of extended families and everybody knowing everybody creates “support group” so those kids feel like they belong and are loved and are apart of something. Black kids not only have their parents, or most of the time their Mom, but their aunts, uncles and grandparents play prominant, strong, active roles in the children of the family and community! God and faith generally plays a prominant role in the average Black home and community, although many of the youth go to church on Sunday and deal drugs on Monday. But, by and large, God is more even distributed amongst Blacks. So, as disfunctional as the average Black family is, it is counteracted by the sheer numbers of extended family members. The kids have a tendancy to be more attracted to the thug life of drugs, pimps, and making money illegally, than being loners, stalking in the shadows and slaying individuals because of some personal feeling of inadequacy in whatever area!
I have been intrigued by Serial Killers, and have been studying Serial Killers for many years. I am a White Man, and am far from being a Racist. I do acknowledge that 99% of Serial Killers are White Males. This got me thinking, so i started to do a bit of research.
White People’s Gene Pool has decreased throughout the years. We have been committing incest. Years of incest has made White People susceptible to mental abnormalities.
i.e. Blue Eyes is a Genetic Hiccup, this is not normal or healthy. Yet White people seek out this trait and reproduce with them, not knowing they are committing incest. The Blue Eyes trait can be traced back to 1 female thousands of years ago. The same goes for Blond Hair. The western media has portrayed these traits as “Superior” and “Beautiful”. But in reality, it is the most unhealthy genetically speaking.
Back to my original point.
After years of research, i have found my answer to “Why are Serial Killers all White Males”? Because the Whites have been committing incest for thousands of years, and the ever-decreasing Gene Pool is now catching up and causing Mental Abnormalities.
Asians, Blacks, Hispanics.. kiss your blessings. The Western Media will Never admit to this.
