Motivated voters AND French elections are held on week-ends???
We could do it as well, with weekend voting, if the Demoncrats would allow it. The Dim base is made up primarily of the unemployed or publically employed — Tuesdays off to vote is no problem. If you’re a Republican, you’re probably employed somewhere in the private sector, where getting the day off is more problematic.
Don’t expect that kind of change anytime soon.
