This video was caught using a Long Beach CA Police Department Helicopter with a FLIR (forward looking infra red) camera. WATCH THE FULL VIDEO UNTIL THE UFO SPEEDS OFF AT THE END. That is the most dramatic part.

"Space debris/meteor coming into the atmosphere" That was my initial reaction, except the droppings are straight down, by freefall gravity. Then, when the UFO speeds away, that shoots down the theory of a falling item.

Space debris/meteor coming into the atmosphere I saw a large meteor once. It didn't look anything like what was shown here. Meteors don't hover.
