“The last man that said that to me was Archie Leach, just a week before I cut his throat”
That was an “in” joke also. Cary Grant’s birth name was Archie Leach.

Wasn’t that a line from the gallows countdown song? “...and here I go o o o o!”? Johnny was always best on his “live” albums. I sure do miss that guy!

I thought this too, that if you are robbing some place you’re responsible if anyone gets hurt, whether you directly caused it or not. I read where a robber held up some store and the owner was so stressed he had a heart attack and died. The robber got charged with murder.

"Brad MacLean, a Nashville attorney representing another condemned Tennessee inmate, said the three-chemical injection sometimes fails to work and can cause the paralyzed inmates to suffocate and feel pain."
Prove it.

I don’t think it is a cigarette, more likely a pen. Actually it looks like a Cheech and Chong size spliff way too big for a cigarette.

My impression is that in order to do that, they’d have to set up a conveyor line.
Sort of like Lucy in the candy factory.

this can't be right...I thought they only put black people to death....
on another note, isn't it odd that killers that have killed MANY people are getting life in prison why someone that has killed only one is getting the DP?
did they ever do ballistics to check out this story?

The war was lost for Germany and everyone knew it. Most average German soldiers, when cornered, would surrender. Some would delay surrender until they had run out of ammunition. GI’s found this behaviour to be socially unacceptable and strictly enforced an unwritten moral code, known to the soldiers on both sides of the conflict. (The rules were different in the East.)
Fanatics like Hitlerjugend would never surrender. After Malmady, and to a lesser extent Dachau, surrender was not available to the SS, at least surrender to members of the U.S. Third Army.

Reid is special. He needs to be put in a see through freezer, located at 2nd & Broad, and left there for 6 months.
Let’s see if this doesn’t slow down the rush to death row.
