Can we sue Congress for not doing their job? Seems they are paid by us taxpayers to pass legislation. They need to either pass a funding bill, or pass a bill defunding the war.

That's right Nancy, take it out of context. This was a good thing, as in exchange for the lengthened deployments the troops get a guaranteed year back home between them.
I know soldiers who have been out eight months, back three months, out a year, back six months, etc. As soon as they get home they're paranoid about when they'll get shipped off again. It's played hell on their families, and this policy will stop that.
Her other release today was on student loan reform where she accidentally calls college officials corrupt. Bet that goes over well with the Berkeley crowd.
