OK, I think this calls for a Scooby-Doo graphic - I'd add it if I knew how.

Well, so what? Nothing was carried out, so what’s the big deal? We don’t even know if the context was a serious conversation. I’m sure terrorists discuss blowing up lots of shit. Who scrutinizes that?
