How dare he! Adding wasteful “pork” like equipment for the USMC to bill for bridges and entitlements!
He's right. There are plants from Ventura to San Diego to Arizona and Texas that can build the aerospace/microwave equipment needed. My place also builds things for France, Brazil, Italy and Japan because they have lost capability or the skill set.
I try to tell folks to get into microwave engineering. Everything learned there can be applied to other things like physical/mechanical.
