A post by coffee260 on FreeRepublic.com today states that this morning, on the Quinn & Rose show on XM, co-host Quin stated ...So, if Quinn said it, reporting what he said is fine.
Do the Dems REALLY want to start a pi$$ing contest over repeating partial truths?
To: rface
I don’t get it. If someone tells a lie (i.e. I did not have sex with that woman, Monica Lewinsky.”) and we discuss it, we get correspondence from an attorney. I’m not implying Quinn lied, but even if he did, we can’t talk about it. Yep, I’m thoroughly confused.

Re: Your Premature Exasperation
You're barking up the wrong tree. You need to be talking to Quinn & Rose, not Jim Robinson and not Free Republic.

No effort was made by FreeRepublic to contact anyone at the DNC for comment LOL! Truth? From the DNC?

Who knows if the Howard Dean-Kathleen Sebelius thing is true, but the truth is that Kathleen Sebelius lied about the state of Kansas National Guard and whether or not they had enough people and equipment to help the town of Greensburg.

No effort was made by FreeRepublic to contact anyone at the DNC for comment or to check the accuracy of these statements. . . Oh, yeah. That's where one always goes to check for accuracy: the DNC.

The statement was made by Mr Quinn, repeated on FreeRepublic, is demonstrably, unequivocally and absolutely false.
No law against discussing what Mr. Quinn said. Provide the proof that such a statement was not made is 'demonstrably, unequivocally and absolutely false' and we will discuss that also.

Quinn & Rose show on XM, co-host Quin stated that the DNC chairman, Gov. Howard Dean had called Gov Kathleen Sebelius (D-Kans) around 5:00am on morning after a tornado destroyed the town of Greensburg, Kansas and discussed with here what to say about the tornado and how to blame the war in Iraq and the Bush administration on a slow response to the aftermath. If the quote is accurate, there's no issue.....
All the Freeper did was source and quote the statement....there's no issue with the Freeper, if any, but rather let them take issue with the original statement.
When such response is written with poor grammar, one wonders at the competence or authenticity of the writer of "the letter"....... (i.e., "predjudging" and "with here"....

So once again the DNC and its liberal puppets are seeking to infringe on the Constitutional rights of American citizens.
To: rface
Let's see: Dean can repeat lies about 9-11 being an inside job, but no one else on the planet can repeat 'so called' lies about Dean giving underhanded, slime ball political advice.
Have I got it right?

The DNC should take this up with the person who said it originally.
