Of course, I don't really expect FR to file a response other than "get lost, moron", if any.
Maybe we should let the press know we are being threatened with legal action, and make sure they report WHY we are being threatened with legal action.
It would be funny to see the mainstream media have to report the charges because the DNC threatened legal action about it.
I might put this in my opinion column next week. After all, it’s big news when the DNC threatens a web site for repeating what was said on the radio. And I’ll have to report what the DNC says was said on the radio.
And I’ll have to wonder why, if it’s completely false, they are so upset about it, because false things are said all the time on the radio talk shows.
