11 of May of 2007A young person of Kirguistán, stays armed in the embassy of Russia, in Costa Rica, with 8 retained people.
Between the versions he says themselves that apparently the young person of 20 years was making a proceeding to return to his country of origin and was to him several times denied, reason why entered fury, removing his weapon and retaining to 5 men and 3 women, civil employees of the consulate, including the Russian ambassador.
Another one of the versions is that a Russian civil employee swindled to him and he asked for aid in the diplomatic seat, apparently was denied to him, which caused its reaction.
The young person asked for a translator, to contact with the authorities. Manuel Mora is the one who sent the Minister of the Presidency, Rodrigo Arias, ordered of the situation.
