While I'm all for exacting retribution for many of the evils perpetrated by the scum of the world, there comes a time when the only answer is a single bullet behind the ear.

This woman is obviously beyond redemption or likely understanding of why she was being punished(if we followed your suggested course of action). For the safety and wellbeing of the population at large, immediate execution is the only sane course of action.

No need for torture, just pop her, drop her and push the dirt over her.

Possibly serving 7 years in prison, depending on how you read the story. No one seems really sure who the father is. It might not be the meth dealer she was caught in a motel room with while she was pregnant, but the DNA evidence has not come back yet to link her most recent boyfriend to the baby.
