Examples for his “good insight”?
Judging from the above article it’s (quite a surprise) an Iranian MSM dolt whining how awful the surge is... that’s probably the reason he worked for the LA Times.
OK....let’s do this. If things are really going bad, one of two things has to happen. Either let our military do their thing without interference from Congress......or bring them home. Level the dam place and get rid of the bad guys with no questions asked and don’t ask for permission to take one of them out.
This loser needs to go back to the mother country.
Daragahi - Could it be he is Imadingaling’s Iranian mouthpiece?
Since he worked for the LA Times... apparently yes.
all in a day's work for the world-class journalists of our time.
I’m seeing a pattern here. You’re hells bells for getting rid of Wolfowitz, but you are on a first name basis with terrorist sympathizing journalists who work for the LA Times. And by the way, I wonder how high on the humiliation scale does the prewar mass murder of Kurds and Shiites rank.
Incredibly over the top negative.
Out of touch with the big picture.
They’re humiliated because they can’t or won’t do anything on their own. I think they are too used to being told what to do in that part of the world.
Iraqi citizens should be slap assed mortified, they seem to have the inborn ability to screw up anything they touch!
Hell, honorable folks would have committed mass suicide, long time ago, in the same situation!
So he thinks Saddam should have been left alone to brutalize the Iraqis 'cause it wasn't so bad then? Or maybe he thinks the US forces should just up and leave. What does he think will happen then? (Let me offer a hint - it will go very, very, very, very, very badly.)
I agree.
Could there be any MORE reasons not to believe a word this guy says?
You've just underlined the failure of "Operation Iraqi Freedom". Giving those people freedom means giving them the freedom to establish sharia law and become part of the international jihad. Our goal in Iraq should not have been freedom for the Iraqis, but rather, freedom from Saddam and his sons and cronies. However, we should have helped set up a new "kinder, gentler" strongman to take Saddam's place.
It's the only way to keep those people under control (i.e. keep them from being jihadists).
Strange.
I believe that there are some parts of this world, that are just not ready for anything more than having a strong man tell them what to do. This will probably change with time, but not soon enough for todays attitudes.
Im seeing a pattern here.

I have noticed that also with this poster. Probably a DNC plant.
