Right after 11 Sep we augmented the security on Mannheim AIN. Two German kids (12 - 14 years old)jumped the fence and were caught. First they said they were taking a short cut home. Later they admitted “someone” paid them to do it so they could see how far they got.

This reminds me of certain Vietnamese nationals who worked on US bases in VietNam. Some of these VC sympathizers were caught pacing off distances from particular building to say a fence line or to another landmark. Some were caught in the act and were dealt with accordingly. Almost always, these “measurements” preceded rocket or mortar attacks. It certainly looks like someone is probing US bases in Germany.
Yes, this “crap has got to stop” and it has to be stopped by us.
