Btw, the least common mix is asian male/white female. On the few occasions I've seen these couples in public, the male's parents where with them - ay carumba LOL! While it's ok for the daughter to marry a white guy, the Ps definitely don't look too happy seeing sons dating white chicks.

In Oriental families, sons support the parents, whereas daughters don't. Daughters-in-law join the family, whereas daughters join the in-laws' family. In many cases, the son is expected to live together with the parents. I think the son's having a non-Oriental spouse definitely puts a crimp in that tradition. The other problem is having a grandson carrying the family name who doesn't look like the grandparents.

Most examples of beautiful oriental women that white guys like to cite as examples of oriental beauty are actually rarely oriental. They are usually f1 hybrids of mongoloid-caucasian mixed ethnicity

A friend of mine is married to a female with a Phlip mom & white dad (F1). 5'6", long black hair, thin frame - he got some store boughts for her (I swear they're Ds) to complete the picture.

She's a real head-turner - tight-tight tops, short-short skirts + heels. He's always got a sh!t eating grin on his face.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here, but what the heck. In reference to white females/asian guys, the few instances I've seen confirm that while the females are more educated (based on assumptions of dress, conduct & environment where spotted), they are definitely less physically attractive.

It might be my own personal preferences, but they were washed-out redheads, with not particularly good figures, carriage, etc. In the unfair race for coupling, their college sisters who were equally smart, but better looking, captured all the higher quality white males.

I think it comes from white women. I've had about a half dozen different women dismissively drop the "submissive" line when talking about Asian women. They must believe not having the "chip" is submissive. Their loss.

You’ve basically nailed it, Vet. I think it boils down to this: Asian — and, I would add, Latin American — women generally haven’t been spoiled by feminism or by the more cynical aspects of American culture. Among other things, American culture has a lot of aggressiveness and a lot of overstated individualism — a need to prove oneself. American women have always had more of this toughness than women in other cultures, including macho cultures. Faced with non-American, or not-typically-American, choices in recent years due to the breakdown of racial taboos, white men very often go for Asians and Latinas. Both love being woman and acting like women. Asian ladies, at least, also tend to be rather slender and are rarely awkward in their body language. Both Asian and Latin women are more likely than white women to have even features and attractive skin.

Great post. I've met many quality caucasian women, but something about Latina women made them especially attractive. Your post summarized a lot of my own thoughts perfectly. My wife is like a "Latina Donna Reed" and amazes me on a daily basis. It's the devotion to faith, marriage and love that are so profound it's an inspiration for me every day.

That and she, to me, is HOT!

I could speculate about why I didn't find someone raised in this country, but suffice to say I have my own personal demands and I'm not easy to live with. There are plenty of good and decent conservative American women, they are just tough to find, I suspect. Plenty on this board for those still searching...

Anyways, since I was a kid in school I've enjoyed dating Latinas. Love the culture, too. The languages and cultural differences were exciting, always kept my mind working to learn and understand. At the same time, they were doing the same thing acclimating to American society. It was easy to bond quickly.

I think I ended up being slightly biased towards them due to my dating experiences with American women who had been raised as "princesses" moreso than "Ladies". As soon as I got my degree I moved to SoFlo and ran amuck, knee deep in Latinas. Now I get my wish every day.

Yes ~ it's very simple. The Asian boys' mothers play a slightly greater part in their lives than the mothers of folks from other parts of the world.

They are quite the "mommy's boys".

No doubt Department of Defense is aware of this problem and takes it into account in planning wars in East Asia.

I agree. When it comes down to it, asian and latin women enjoy being women more than the average(single) white woman. Doesn’t make any sense to me but it sure seems that way. I agree with the poster who said quaity white women are married early. Guys will literally marry a good white woman at like 18. It's just nuts to me.

And what’s up with the attitude? It seems whenever I’m in a restaurant there will be a group of 20-something white women loud and obnoxious as anything. I remember having a drink with one a while back and she cursed like a sailor...while we sat next to a family. I told her a few times to watch her mouth and later on she told me to “loosen up.”

My White immigrant neighbor from New Zealand is presently in China trying to marry (and bring to the US) a Chinese woman he met on the internet. He's a rich guy and he said that American women were only interested in themselves and his money.

As a three time (divorced) loser, that's been my experience too. Never get between an American woman and your money.

Here's a thread you may find useful.

I recommend that you take a great deal of care when considering South Florida now. Single, it was great, but with a family it kind of changes things. Northern Florida becomes more preferable. Good luck!
