Regardless of what he’s said in the past on this issue, I’d be VERY interested in learning if Giuliani still sticks to this position.
If he does, there’s NO WAY I’d ever vote for him.

Former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani sued all the way up to the Supreme Court to defend the city's sanctuary policy against a 1996 federal law decreeing that cities could not prohibit their employees from cooperating with the INS. Someone must have told Rudy he could ride 9/11 into the White House and he fell for it. With a liberal record like this the democratic primaries would have been so much easier...
