I can't believe that graphic!! It really DOES make the GOP elephant look like the Donkey's butt!! And, even worse, Edwards turning Memorial Day into a day to attack the military is disgusting!

You know... are we conservatives? Or are we a bunch of wimps who get offended at every little thing the anti-USA people throw at us?
So what if the Washington Compost draws a suggestive graphic?

It really DOES make the GOP elephant look like the Donkey's butt!!At first glance thats exactly what I saw, but then it morphed and now all I see is an elephant with a parasitic jack ass growing on it's head.

I prefer to think that it's a view of Democrats from the proper angle, myself. :-)

The drive by media is so unbiased -- NOT!

The Washington Post has Code Pink founder Starhawk on the company payroll at Sally Quinn's "On Religon" website. No journalistic conflicts there. Sally is just looking for a Wiccan's help in finding herself spiritually. Can't say a really blame her. If I were sleeping with Ben Bradley, I'd wonder if there was a God too.

The elephant part of the graphic would be unidentifiable if it stood alone... the jackass’s would.

all I see is an elephant with a parasitic jack ass growing on it's head. That works. Though the symbolism would be more accurate (for the story of the last 100 years of America) if the parasite was instead a mouth, stomach, and 27 a**holes.

I went to site linked at the WaPo and joined. When it asked what activity I’d be taking on Memorial Day Weekend, I labeled it “defying the democrat traitors in congress” and described it as “anything I could to defy this congress and to win the war”. The date, time and place, just coincidentally match GOE II. At JohnEdwards.com, the following phone numbers were given, in case any one would like to express themselves verbally: You can also contact John Edwards for President at:
Phone: (919) 636-3131
Fax: (919) 967-3644
Mailing Address:
410 Market Street
Suite 400
Chapel Hill, NC 27516

Edwards try and turn a day that memorializes our brave and selfless soldiers into a politicized day meant to attack them, instead.
What do you expect from a guy who uses his wifes cancer to help his Presidential campaign? As for the cartoon, the fact the lib’s at the Post are trying to be funny is what makes it funny, because at the end of the day lib’s don’t have a clue how to be funny, just pitiful !!!

On Memorial Day I thank and pray for those vets who gave all for their country. I honor them in my heart and hope someday to thank them personally. I also pray for our current military personnel wherever they are and I am praying many times a day for the three missing guys in Iraq.
As for Edwards and what he wants to do on Memorial Day, he is beyond words to say what I think of him - I just am left speechless.

You need to get out of the house more. You have a right to get upset about trivia if you want, but really, who gives a damn about this? Who is so gullible that they're going to look at this and be fooled into voting Democrat (which is all that matters in the end anyway)?
"Oh, NOW I see. The GOP is an ass's ass. I'll vote for a Democrat."
Granted, the graphic is dumb, and might be biased depending on how you squint, but subliminal advertising was shown to be ineffective years ago.
