Why not? There are people that oppose the death penalty, yet they support the state’s right to execute criminals. There are people that are one religion, yet they support other’s rights to freedom of religion. Ther probably are many instances of someone personally opposing something, yet supporting the current laws.

Speaking out of both sides of his mouth again. He still no different from Clinton, Obama, or Edwards on the abortion issue, close on gun-control. Unforgivable.

Yeah, that's a "I support the troops but oppose the war" type of dichotomy favored by politicains of all stripes.

And it's contempable.
