I don’t think pride fits in anywhere when it comes to what one believes...it’s just the way God made me. Otherwise, I would think differently.
I don’t know enough about Mr. Giuliani at this point, to make any decision. I do know that I don’t think I agree with his policy towards personal weapons, but I have not listened to him much.
For what it’s worth, I don’t think any presidential candidate thinks much about abortion, other than which position will get them the most votes. No president seems to put much effort into abortion after they are elected...mainly because they have many more important issues to deal with.
I don’t think there is any gotcha, as I have never hidden my beliefs, but feel free to say you got me.
As I have said for many years, I believe moral decisions are dependent upon the circumstances. Taking a human life is OK if it is war or self-defense or capital punishment, but it is not OK if it is murder...either way, the result is the same. It’s up to the laws, the individual and their relationship with God. Besides, God creates women that abort, just as He creates women that do not, knowing what they are going to do, doesn’t He?

So you're a cynic too. Okay. Since Roe v Wade, Reagan and Bush43 have been our strongest pro-life Presidents. They both advanced the pro-life agenda through their rhetoric and actions.
Just for your info, the word "gotcha" is used when one experiences an unexpected revelation about someone.
