the hell of this is that this is NOT a rare occurence.....what makes this one stand out is that it was captured on video, and the local media (if it bleeds it leads) is playing it almost endlessly now. Absent the video, this would just be a “carjacking” in the statistics. As you can see in the video, 5 “people” stood not 20 feet away as spectators! For the life of me, I can’t imagine why a 91 y/o gent would exit his car in that neighborhood......

Psh. He'll be committing more carjackings in just few short months, most likely. The prosecutor think this was unjust, simply because the perp was violent during the carjacking.
