I hate it when the MSM refers to President Bush as “Mr. Bush” .... and on this alternative fuel source ... it will be a lot more expensive to produce and market ... if you think $4.00 a gallon is high, just wait until we’re all using this alternative fuel ...

I don’t mind when they refer to President Bush as Mr Bush. I do however mind very much when they refer to him as Bush. This shows disrespect for the highest office in the country imho

I hate it when the MSM refers to President Bush as “Mr. Bush” That doesn't bother me half as much as hearing them refer to him as just Bush. I read that more than I hear it though.
