Vermont and Alaska do have it 100% constitutionally correct.

As more and more burned out hippies move into Vermont and thus come to outnumber hunters watch for the state to get just as bad as New York.

Bingo! It should be up to the state to prove that you aren’t entitled to carry a weapon, not up to you to prove that you should be allowed to be armed.

I am in Florida. I was convicted of a felony 45 years ago, when I was 19-years-old. I was granted a full and complete, unconditional pardon 35 years ago, but it would still require a great deal of red tape and bother for me to have even a hope of getting a concealed weapon permit.

Yes. But, what the hell is with Vermont? This is the place that brought us Bernie Sanders. It’s been decades since they failed to go Democrat in a presidential election. How can they top the list of most Constitutional states on this issue?
