Once again, socialist politicians beat their chests to the sheeple while ignoring the real, underlying cause of the issue at hand.

If they want to “feel good” about something why don’t they lower the gas tax? Hmmmmmm.....

Politicians won’t be happy until they have us waiting in gas lines again.

Well, alrighty then. The Dems are on the move in the State Legislatures while we are looking elsewhere. This is the fourth or fifth thread that I have read tonight retreading the primaries being moved up, (FL, NC). Other measures to get rid of our free speech. The sheeple are asleep at the wheel as usual.
The Moronocrats have smartly changed the Venue From the states that they already own, New England,NY NJ DE MD VA CA CO MN WA OR CA NM.
They are doing the Karl Marx Krawl across the USA of A.
We need to stand up and be loud!
They are taking this opportunity (2006 election) infesting their filth into our homes , like termites. Through our State legislatures which we never pay attention to!!
This is insidious Socialism at it’s best and it’s working.
Most people are peeing themselves at the price of Gas for Goodness sake.
It’s a Media inbred sickness brought on by the television culture.
I have always hated television, it is a propaganda tool at best and brain farts for the masses.
The Russians have won the Cold War.

Excellent. Look for gas station lines the next time oil prices spike.

“The state’s gas gouging law makes it illegal to, among other things, display and charge different fuel prices and change the selling price more than once in any 24-hour period.”
Won’t gas stations simply respond to the uncertainty of gasoline price changes by charging a higher amount than they otherwise would? I mean if you can’t alter prices when the cost of purchasing the commodity goes up, won’t you have to compensate for that risk by charging higher prices?

Maybe they plan to use the money collected to build a new refinery.

The only gouging going on is represented by the state tax added per gallon.

I just got back from my niece's Bat Mitzvah in Hoboken, NJ, and I was shocked to see that the gasoline price was about 20 cents a gallon LESS than it was in Kansas City!
Of course the price of gasoline in NY was even more than we're playing in KC. But I was surprised that it was cheaper in NJ.
