You tell the neighbor to buy the SUV he needs and you will sell him carbon credits to soothe his green brain, because you have “extra” carbon credits due to the fact that you have less CO2 per mile than he does. So every week, you total up his miles and your miles. He pays you the difference between his miles and your miles and you give him the carbon credits..............
