I'm not sure I agree with the legislation, but Frazer's words and attitude from the story cast him as a smarmy SOB. 150 years ago he'd be selling snake oil to settlers and guns and whiskey to the Indians.

The fine print at the top says something like "And bring the rest of them home". Another design says "Bush Lied/They Died" on front and back.
