My comment was apropos sarcasm, of course.

He should also have funding for his equipment cut off at a specified date so he can't wage his battle through to victory..i.e....bull horns, sound systems, lap tops, podiums, limousines and private jet planes.

He should announce that what's good for the troops is good for ole Barack Osama Hussein Mohammed Skyhook Obama.
