Campos is a liberal. He is one of the few CU professors to take this stand.
Brown can ignore the committee : do nothing, do a suspension, or fire Ward ( I believe ).
Then there could be Ward’s lawyer filing appeals for years ?
Ward is still getting his full salary plus benefits with no classes ( last I heard ).
The lawyers will do very well by this.
Although, perhaps not Ward's. As I understand it he took this on a contingent fee, so if Ward appeals and loses, he may be out. Of course, he's gotten loads of free publicity in the mean time.
