This is the main page for the Terrorist Death Watch. It will always show the total to date since January 1, 2006, and have the current months activity. Prior months may be found in the links in the table at the bottom.
The site (http://northshorejournal.org/index.php/terrorist-death-watch) will be updated as additional information is found, including past months totals. The military has not been consistant with its press releases, resulting in small numbers in several months such as June 2006. No press releases were issued by MNF between June 15 and June 30, 2006. The editor of this site would suggest that dead terrorists are still dead even if they have not been counted in a press release.
This table shows the number of dead terrorists, as identified by Allied forces, since January 1, 2006. It is a work in progress as time will be required to located the press releases and code them into the various tables. The source will be cited by a link and it will generally be a United States military one. Because the locals in both nations tend to be excitable, I wont be relying on them for a count. I believe counts provided by our military will be the most conservative.

Well, it’s a start.
The number is far higher. Count on it.
A lot of the “civilians” (as the media calls all of them), found gunned down in Iraq (I’m not talking about the suicide bombs) are indeed terrorist militias killing each other, or Iraqi Security forces executing swift justice on terrorists.
I certainly hope it’s higher. This person seems to be an honest broker who is trying to list the ones that can be docmumented. I would guess the number could be multiplied by four to get a genuine idea of how many of these bastards we have killed.
All these UPDATED numbers will appear in the paperback ed. of "America's Victories: Why the U.S. Wins Wars and Will Win the War on Terror," due out next month, but in the meantime, SLIGHTLY dated numbers are here: http://www.frontpagemag.com/Articles/ReadArticle.asp?ID=23950
My article says 30,000, but that was nearly a year ago. Note I include both Afghanistan and Iraq.
The “Terrorist Death count” at the top lists the numbers since 2006. A lot of action happened before 2006.
I would have preferred 30,000 but hey...
I would guess around 30,000 just based on a kill ration of 10:1 and think it could be higher.
Bet there’s thousands more in ditches and swamps in Europe. The Euros may be pansies when it comes to foreign policy, but some of their police forces are known to be ruthless.
I know what you’re saying, but he’s still way, way low.
My numbers show that 30,000 is the VERY lowest estimate, and that the high ranges are close to 40,000 dead.
