thought Giuliani's professed position on abortion was (my paraphrase) "I personally do not support abortion but abortion is the rule of the land and I support the rule of law".
This seems to support Evangelium Vitae.

His stated position is that Roe vs Wade is good law and taxpayer funds should be used to provide abortions for those who can't afford them. He is a contributor and headline speaker for Planned Parenthood and NARAL and, frankly, I no longer care what he states.
