What he is stating, is, of course, true.

But to the average American, the monumental rise in gasoline prices is heartbreaking, while he/she are trying to raise a family and survive in an increasingly complicated world.

NOW is the perfect time for the Administration to push for more refinery capacity, clean coal use, nuclear energy, drilling on the Alaskan North Slope, and alternate energy.
It is also an opportunity to re-emphasize the significance behind assuring governments favorable to US exist in oil producing areas.

BUT, as usual, Mr. Bush is asleep at the wheel and the fall-out will blow-back in Republican faces in 2008 instead of in Democrat faces where it belongs.

This administration is perhaps the most inept in history in taking advantage of situations and using them to its own best advantage.

At this point, I simply don’t believe Bush cares anymore.

He does not care. He is a politician and that is it. He has his fed retirement and perks. He can go back to Texas and enjoy the ranch and hang out with the fat cat oil execs.

I guess I have to get on my high horse again.

Mr. Bush and the government have never built one single refinery or drilled a single oil well. The government doesn't do that, the government shouldn't do that. The government should not have to ask any business to do anything. The government should help promote an environment that encourages business to do what is best for business, make a profit. When business makes a profit consumers get what they want.

Mr. Bush has begged the US Congress to allow more refineries to be built and more wells to be dug but the stupid US Congress has stopped him at every step.

Your complaining about the wrong things won't help, quit being so ignorant of the facts and learn the truth!

Please!

With the Dumbacrats in charge and with the RINO and their partners in the MSM Bush never had a chance. I don’t think any republican administration will ever have a chance because of the STUPID and IGNORANT electorate.
