Reading the AP article I could not help but note one of the stranger provisions: "They could come forward right away to claim a probationary card that would let them live and work legally in the U.S., ...Legal immigrants are NOT allowed to work for at least three months after making application for immigration even if present here under a valid visa.

Obviously this sets up a system where illegal aliens have a superior position in line for immigration than legal applicants.

Don't need to read the rest of it to know that it is an agreement which is unjust, un-american, anti-Asian, and designed to foment unreast, rebellion and open warfare in America.

I know a person who is spending thousands of dollars (Immigration will let an on-time application sit on a pile while the timeline expires, then tell the applicant that they have to reapply and PAY again) and waiting for months doing things the legal way — and the incentive is...?
