Mimaw is justified in that view. The leading heart surgeon in Britian is a Muslim, and there are other examples as well. Very eminent doctors.

It amazes me that some people are so stupid that they simply cannot discuss something like this without resorting to insults and name-calling. I make a point of never starting it, but if someone else starts that crap with me, I refuse to be their punching bag and will fight back in the only way that makes sense, since they are clearly incapable of intelligent discourse.

Anyway, I agree there are eminent muslim doctors out there. I personally know eminent muslim doctors. However, I would never go to one for my own care because I also know the koran and I know what they must eventually do if they are to be good muslims.

I agree with you. My husband was treated by a moslem physician who was extremely solicitous of his care, and very courteous to me as well.

I think the moslem physician helped him to live longer than he otherwise would have.

No sane person would deny the existence of some outstanding Moslem physicians in the US.

But there are so many Moslem physicians in total that the probability is strong that there a few potentially dangerous extremists among them.

Islamofascist ideology is not confined to the lower socioeconomic rungs in Muslim "culture." A good percentage of the 9/11 perps and the leadership of al Qaeda come from wealthy and/or professional backgrounds.

While this story may very well be true, some conservative commentators are more credible than others. Debbie Schlussel has as a tendency to fly off the handle and refuses to apologize when she's been proven wrong. She was the one that spread the false rumor that Virginia Tech massacre man Cho Seung Hui might be a Muslim.

I say she's Michael Savage in drag -- someone whose heart is in the right place, but whose head is in outer space. Others on the right have said even worse.
