If you have any doubt, you should call 911 and ask dispatchers. And when the real cops arrive, you get a big fat ticket for yapping on a cell phone while driving.

Which begs the question. Why do we have unmarked patrol cars? Note I said patrol, not detective or such work which I can understand (even though they all stick out like a sore thumb down to the gov tags).

I’ve told my wife and daughter that unless it’s a very clearly marked patrol car, they are not to pull over but are to continue to drive until a marked car arrives.
I’ll sort out any repercussions later.
