Wow!!!! That is so impressive. You are truly a role model on how to eat well on a budget. I am trying to figure out how you can eat 90 meals or so on this group of foods. I definitely feel I am wasteful and spend too much money now. I think that for a family of five I now spend 470 dollars a month and that does not include eating out. Well the kids are about to get a rude awakening. lol. Good job seriously!!!!!
Just hit up the local Mexican mercados and Chinese grocery stores. You can always get good, delicious food there for CHEAP. And notice, you don’t see too many fat or fat Asians FOB. The fat ones usually can speak perfect English.
