Yea we have them here, there serve EVERYONE, memership not required or checked.
Theonly time we are allowed to serve non-members without a member is if our banquest hall has been rented and those renting it have the proper alcohol license from the state. State law, not Lodge policy.
It just so happens while tending bar at the Moose Lodge last night I happened to run into this situation. Folks who have rented our hall for Saturday were in decorating and wanted to buy a beer, even though none were members. I couldn't serve them. Had one of the members signed themin as guests it would have been a different story, but none of the members present at the time knew any of them, so they couldn't be signed in.
