Bee Feed Tested for Pet Food Taints - (Colony Collapse Disorder)
Pittsburgh Tribune-Review ^ | Friday May 17, 2007 | Milwaukee_Guy

Federal scientists are researching whether the same industrial chemicals blamed for sickening and killing thousands of pets are responsible for decimating the honeybee population.

No link has been found, but researchers at the Department of Agriculture's Bee Research Laboratory and the Food and Drug Administration's Center for Veterinary Medicine are testing commercial bee feed for melamine-related compounds and doing feed tests on honeybees.

...

Honeybees in the United States began dying off in unprecedented numbers late last year, threatening the nation's human food supply, a third of which is dependent on bee pollination. A quarter of the nation's 2.4 million honeybee colonies died from what scientists dubbed Colony Collapse Disorder.

The Great Pet Food Massacre of 2007 and the Bee Colony Collapse Disorder are beginning to merge.

Chinese food ingredient imports have already contaminated pork, fish and poultry destined for human consumtion. -Thousands- of pets have died from contaminated Chinese pet food ingredients.

It is very noteworthy that the FDA is testing commercial bee feed. The FDA seldom does independant testing unless a problem is detected by the public.

After eight weeks, the Great Pet Food Massacre is still unfolding.

Simply amazing!

Biological warfare?

I wouldn't believe it with pet food. But this reaches right into the food chain...

Interesting take. More plausible than the cell phones or global warming theories.

I don't expect it's gone un-noticed by our Islamist friends. (Assuming they're not already responsible)

'Not possible. Its already been diagnosed as global warming.'

No, the global warming hysteria is tied to another Gaia-worshiping malady - Cojone Collapse Disorder.

Biological warfare?

Never ascribe to evil intent that which can be adequately explained by stupidity.

Actually, more like stupidity combined with greed in this case.

That’s funny. I was just telling hubby about this story via our cell phones. The line cut out FOUR TIMES. That NEVER happens to us.

In the case of China I suspect greed, stupidity and carelessness. It’s others who may be watching that concerns me.

And just think, we have Bill Clinton to thank for “opening our economy to the Chinese.” Now just think, what can Hillary Clinton do to top her husband?

You are correct.

Cell phones and “global warming” have been around for a few years.

However,

Very interesting that the Bee Colony Collapse almost perfectly coincides with the melamine contamination late last year.
