I have been out of FR contact for awhile...school has been rough lately. What in the heck has been going on around here!!?? I can’t believe some of the freepers I have found out have been banned or just left. I’m checking out that link...but still can’t believe this stuff.

So....Dr. Radiohead! You are in Iowa City now, yes? How are you liking the crazies there? I’m from around those parts originally...and its kind of the nutter capital of Iowa. How the academics don’t get to you too much (they drive me crazy at times, thats for sure). Good to see you around.
Yep, I’m in IC. I’m one of those crazy academics. I came here from Seattle, so nothing here surprises or shocks me. Actually, I find the town pretty normal and the regular townfolk very nice and mostly conservative in their outlook.
I’m finding my way around and enoying small town life - especially now that the students are gone!
