Why should it be impossible??? There is an abuse button. If someone hits it and the mods fine that person is being abusive boot him.
Yeah, but what you or I consider abuse might be acceptable on other threads, especially if those threads are filled with posters that are in agreement with each other.
The "no personal attacks" and the "no stalking" rules should be enforced though. I don't know why they aren't.
