"But Republicans are now in the minority, and there is no chance that Democratic chairman Henry Waxman will pursue the matter."

ROFLMAO!!! Of course there is not a snowball's chance that Waxfong would ever pursue the matter!! Republicans had ample opportunity when they were in the majority, but they bent over for the 'RATs, over and over and over again.

Republicans think "bi-partisanship" means participating in every fraudulent hit-job the 'RATs care to launch against Republicans. That's why we get all the RINO weasels like the SPECTRE helping to take down Gonzales over nothing. But give them a real-life, bona-fide TRAITOR like Sandy Burglar, and the 'RATs line up as party loyalists to ensure nothing significant gets done about the guy. If the Burglar were seriously and vigorously investigated the Clintonistas would be finished forever, so of course the 'RATs and RINOs team up to make sure the Burglar can slink away without serious criminal charges and jail time.
